It means helping you to focus and may progress every DaM day, so that you achieve your fitness and performance goals. To help you build your confidence as well as your health and fitness.
I’m not here to teach you.
I’m here to help you learn.

To help you get back up after every fall.

I know. I don’t look like a ‘typical’ fitness coach. Not your average Fit Pro is kinda my MO, hence my handle The Fat Fit Coach. I’ve always struggled with my body image and fitness, generally feeling I didn’t fit in.
I didn’t start to study any of my fitness qualifications until I was in my 30s, because I didn’t think I looked like a fit pro. I had found it hard to relate to most coaches and personal trainers, and although I achieved results, it was difficult to maintain them because I didn’t understand how I worked and how to make it work for me.
I liked fitness - but did I love it enough to sacrifice the things I definitely did love (cheese, pasta, chocolate)?
Abso-freaking-lutely not.
I needed fitness to be part of me, but not all of me. To fit into my life, but not be my whole life.

Do I always follow my own advice? Of course not.
I also work best with accountability and life hasn’t always allowed that. And so I completely understand what it’s like when things just get a bit much. I’ve developed strategies to create a ‘holding pattern’, as well as acceptance that sometimes things are just a bit sh*t and actually fitness is not that important right at this very minute.
But the amazing thing is it doesn’t go that far. It is always there, somewhere, waiting for you. And I love helping women rediscover it, make fitness about them, and feel good whilst they’re doing it.
As a fitness accountability coach, I work to help you set goals that you actually care about and that help you do what you really want to do.
I provide accountability and support, acting as your number one fan to celebrate every little win.
I give you space and guidance to build your own support systems to make things work for you long term.
I have coached others in various forms for nearly 15 years, most recently training as an accountability coach with Nikki Gundy, the founder of the On Track method.
My coaching methodology is based on Nikki’s ontrack method, complemented by my experience in the corporate world, as a teacher, by my fitness qualifications and the support I deliver in my face to face indoor cycling classes at my studio.
When not helping people get sweaty, smiley and satisfied in the studio, I can be found drinking coffee, seeking out sunshine or enjoying a roast dinner.

Coaching is an investment in yourself, but I know not everyone is in a position to make that investment right now. You can grab worksheets, workbooks and planners that I use with my 1-to-1 clients to guide yourself to your goals.
I also host free webinars and workshops to help you move forward with your goals.

One to One Coaching
If you feel you've tried everything, and nothing works, this is for you.
